At your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by our Receptionists, Bev and Viki.

Next, you will meet one of our Treatment Coordinators, Debbie or Mary. They will take photos of your face and teeth and possibly a panoramic x-ray. They will address your concerns and introduce you to one of the doctors. After your exam the doctor makes a recommendation. The doctor will let you know if you are ready for orthodontic treatment or if treatment should start at a later time.

If you are ready to begin treatment you may extend the appointment with Deanne, our Records Technician, who will take impressions of your teeth and any x-rays that are needed. The doctor will establish a specific treatment plan for you including the approximate length of your treatment. Debbie or Mary will answer any questions you may have and help you with payment options.

If the doctor says you will need our care in the future, we will want to see you periodically to watch dental growth and development. The doctor can evaluate baby tooth loss and permanent tooth eruption as well as jaw growth. These appointments are important; they help the doctor choose the best time for you to start treatment.
We understand that each patient has different expectations about orthodontics. We have set aside approximately an hour, or more for your first visit so we can acquaint you with our office and address your questions and concerns.
