Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. Our office number is 610-376-3956. We ask that you keep all appointments punctually because it is usual for the doctors to see patients at their scheduled time without undue waiting. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.

• During active treatment we will see you approximately every 4-8 weeks.
• Some appointments are short and some are long. You will be informed of the length of your next visit so you can plan appropriately.
• Late arrivals can pose a problem. We may reschedule your appointment for another day. 
• Short appointments (for adjustments) can be made throughout the day.
• Long appointments (for wire changes, adding brackets, bands or emergencies) are made in the morning and early afternoon.  
• If you have an appointment scheduled and you have something broken, please call before your appointment so we can allow extra time for the repair.
• All appointments are important and keeping them can help treatment to be completed on time. Missed appointments can result in longer treatment time.
• The appointment to place braces is approximately 2 hours and is made in the morning or early afternoon.

• Appointments are confirmed  by phone or email the day before.

If you already have an appointment scheduled for that day please call ahead to let us know if something is broken, so we can allow time for the repair.
